Screening & initial meeting
After screening your documents, we will ideally invite you to an initial get-to-know-you meeting with our HR department (within 2 weeks of receiving your application). This is where we get to know you personally and give you an overview of Mawave.
Case study
You impressed us in the initial interview—now it's time to show us your skills! You have 7 days to complete a case study relevant to the department and your potential future role.
Follow-up
If your case study impressed us, we will schedule a follow-up meeting with the respective team lead. The case study will serve as the basis for a professional discussion, addressing any open questions and providing an opportunity to get to know your potential future manager.

All of our current internship openings are designed for a duration of 6 months. During this time, we aim to provide interns with a challenging and high-quality experience, where they can contribute to long-term projects and manage their own initiatives.
Yes! We provide compensation for both voluntary and mandatory internships.
We have trainee positions available from time to time, so feel free to check our careers page regularly or send us an unsolicited application.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer dual study programs, but you do have the option of doing a 6-month internship or a traineeship with us.
That is not only possible, but also very welcome. If you don't live in Munich, a permanent position remote is also not a problem in most cases.
