You impressed us in the initial interview - now it's time to show us your skills! You have 7 days to complete a case study relevant to the department and your potential future role.
Follow Up
If your case study impresses us, we’ll schedule a follow-up meeting with the relevant team lead. The case study will serve as the basis for a professional discussion, addressing any open questions and providing an opportunity for you to get to know your potential future manager.

Both. We don't have fixed desks, so you are welcome to come into the office anytime from Monday to Friday. However, we also have team members who work 100% remotely and travel in for team events.

All of our currently advertised internships are designed for 6 months. During this time, we want to offer our interns a challenging and high-quality experience where they can contribute to long-term projects and manage their own projects as well.
Of course! Both voluntary and mandatory internships are paid.
We have trainee positions posted from time to time, so feel free to check our careers page regularly or send us an unsolicited application.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer dual study programs, but you do have the option of doing a 6-month internship or a traineeship with us.
That is not only possible, but also very welcome. If you don't live in Munich, a permanent position remote is also not a problem in most cases at all.

Absolutely not. You can wear whatever makes you feel comfortable. Sandals and shorts are perfectly fine here in the summer. If you take a close look at our website, you can even spot our boss wearing slides.
