Your responsibilities

• You regularly monitor relevant subreddits and community discussions for our clients to identify trends, sentiments, and new insights early on.
• You understand memes, abbreviations, and inside jokes on Reddit and can accurately interpret them within their specific community context.
• You analyze how users communicate on the platform—for example, regarding tone, humor, formats, and typical comment structures.
• You identify relevant topics, discussions, and opportunities that are strategically interesting for our clients.
• You develop authentic communication approaches for Reddit and implement them together with the team.
• You document key observations from the community and share your findings with the team in a structured way.

Your profile                                

• You are an active Reddit user yourself and have a strong feel for the platform's culture and dynamics.
• You understand memes, abbreviations, running gags, and the unspoken rules of various communities.
• You recognize different communication styles and trends and can clearly categorize and explain them.
• You are interested in online communities, internet culture, and digital discourse.
• You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner.
• You have a good command of written and spoken English.
