Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the strategic conception and further development of UGC and social media strategies for complex clients
• You manage project management at a high level and are responsible for the quality and goal achievement of all measures
• You develop data-based, platform-specific strategies with a clear focus on performance and business impact
• You lead editorial and campaign planning and manage their implementation across teams
• You analyze performance across channels, derive strategic recommendations for action, and present results to clients
• You manage creator and influencer collaborations at a strategic level and develop scalable approaches
• You are responsible for the overall planning and quality assurance of productions and shoots
• You work closely with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders and optimize processes and collaboration
• You actively support pitches and the sales team with strategic and conceptual input
• You take on mentoring and professional leadership within the team and develop team members
  

Your profile

• You have at least 4–6 years of experience in project or account management in the social media sector and ideally have experience in an agency environment
• You are very familiar with the post and ad formats of the various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest)
• You have already managed clients from various industries and of various sizes
• Your unique presentation skills impress both internal and external stakeholders
• You are comfortable in front of the camera and have experience creating your own content
• You work in a solution-oriented, structured, analytical, and independent manner
• Ideally, you are willing to travel occasionally throughout the year to assist with shoots
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2)
