Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the strategic conception and further development of UGC and social media strategies for complex clients
• You oversee project management at a high level and are responsible for the quality and goal achievement of all initiatives
• You develop data-driven, platform-specific strategies with a clear focus on performance and business impact
• You lead editorial and campaign planning and manage their implementation across teams
• You analyze cross-channel performance, derive strategic recommendations, and present results to clients
• You manage creator and influencer collaborations at a strategic level and develop scalable approaches
• You are responsible for the overall planning and quality assurance of productions and shoots
• You work closely with interdisciplinary teams and stakeholders to optimize processes and collaboration
• You actively support pitches and the sales team with strategic and conceptual input
• You provide mentoring and professional guidance within the team and foster the development of team members
  

Your profile

• You have at least 4–6 years of experience in project or account management within the social media sector, ideally in an agency environment
• You are highly familiar with the post and ad formats across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest).
• You have experience managing clients across various industries and sizes.
• Your exceptional presentation skills impress both internal and external stakeholders.
• You are comfortable in front of the camera and have experience creating your own content
• You are solution-oriented, structured, analytical, and work independently
• Ideally, you are willing to travel occasionally throughout the year to support shoots.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2)
