Your Responsibilities

• Creative Leadership & Big Idea: You are responsible for the creative lead idea for clients, campaigns, and always-on setups, developing narratives, tone of voice, claims, and conceptual guardrails.
• Strategic Translation: You translate strategic inputs into powerful creative concepts and develop format and content logic that is both scalable and performance-driven.
• Pitch & Client: You lead creative pitches at the highest level, present big ideas confidently to decision-makers, and act as a conceptual sparring partner for clients.
• Team & Quality: You are responsible for the professional development of the creative team and continuously elevate the creative standards of the entire Mawave team.
• Business & Impact: You work closely with Heads of departments on business management and are responsible for driving revenue through creative excellence.

Your profile

• You have 7+ years of professional experience in a creative, agency, or social media environment.
• You bring several years of experience in developing big ideas and campaign concepts, with strong skills in storytelling, tone of voice, conceptualization, and creative direction.
• You already possess leadership experience (functional or disciplinary)
• Very good understanding of performance-driven content.
• You are familiar with the relevant economic KPIs in day-to-day agency life and understand how they correlate
• High level of confidence in presentations in both German and English
• Structured, independent working style with a high standard of quality.
