Your responsibilities

• Creative Leadership & Big Idea: You are responsible for the creative lead concept for clients, campaigns, and always-on setups, and you develop narratives, brand voices, claims, and conceptual guidelines.
• Strategic translation: You translate strategic inputs into powerful creative concepts and develop format and content logic that is scalable and performance-oriented.
• Pitch & Client: You lead creative pitches at the top level, present big ideas confidently to decision-makers, and act as a conceptual sparring partner for clients.
• Team & Quality: You are responsible for the professional development of the creative team and continue to elevate the creative standard of the entire Mawave team.
• Business & Impact: You work closely with Heads of departments on economic management and are responsible for creative excellence as a revenue driver.

Your profile

• You have 7+ years of professional experience in a creative, agency, or social media environment.
• You bring several years of experience in developing big ideas and campaign concepts, and you have very strong skills in storytelling, brand voice, conceptualization, and creative direction.
• You already possess leadership experience (functional or disciplinary).
• Strong understanding of performance-driven content
• You are familiar with the relevant KPIs in day-to-day agency life and understand how they relate to one another
• Confident presentation skills in both German and English
• Structured, independent working style with a high standard of quality
