Your responsibilities

• People-centric: You will lead an ambitious team of 8-10 experts with a focus on social media, creative design, and creative strategy, providing both professional and disciplinary leadership. In this role, you will be responsible for capacity planning, team organization, and professional development.
• Hands-on: You will be the point of contact for major clients, support strategic project management for some of the most exciting consumer brands on the market, and help drive our business growth.
• Business acumen: You keep a close eye on financial KPIs such as margins, utilization, and contribution margins, proactively identifying any discrepancies. Using your business acumen, you derive concrete measures for project and team management to address challenges.
• Project management pro: You act as the structured interface between clients, internal teams, and project success, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and clarity.

Your profile

• You have 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in an agency, and have already led larger teams (at least 5 people).
• You are familiar with the relevant financial metrics in day-to-day agency life and understand how they correlate.
• You have independently managed projects from inquiry to billing and are familiar with the most important KPIs in organic and paid social.
• You impress with your project management experience, enjoy client interaction, and have experience in pitches.
• You have an independent, organized, and self-driven work style with a strong hands-on mentality.
• Advising clients in both German and English is second nature to you.
