Your responsibilities

• You develop cross-channel, long-term strategic client plans and challenge the social media strategies provided by the creative strategists.
• You take the lead on major key accounts and take ownership of your clients' ongoing development.
• You lead large, cross-functional project teams consisting of organic, paid media, paid content, and production talent.
• You help prepare pitches for new clients and take on projects from the very beginning – as project lead, you maintain an overview of the entire project, from strategy development to excellent execution.
• You work closely with your team, which consists of social media, creative design, strategy, and influencer marketing talent.
• You work closely with the growth team on pitches.
• As a social media expert, you are a pioneer within your team and help develop our junior to senior talent.

Your profile

• You have 7+ years of professional experience, ideally in an agency setting.
• You are familiar with the relevant financial metrics in day-to-day agency life and understand how they relate to one another.
• You have independently managed multiple projects simultaneously, from initial inquiry to billing, and are familiar with the most important organic KPIs.
• You impress with your project management experience, enjoy client interaction, and have experience with pitches.
• You have successfully led and developed major clients in the past, such as TEDi, JACOBS, or E.ON.
• You have an independent, organized, and self-driven work style with a strong hands-on mentality.
• Advising clients in both German and English is second nature to you.
