Your Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: You will lead our three-person recruiting team, consisting of a Senior Recruiter, a Manager, and a working student. You will take responsibility for the development and performance of your team members and set clear goals together with them.  
• End-to-End Recruiting & Candidate Experience: You will be responsible for filling your own roles, from conducting needs analyses and advising departments to finalizing hires. In doing so, you will ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
• Active Sourcing & Talent Pools: You will expand our overarching active sourcing strategy, reach out to top talent directly, and build sustainable talent pipelines for future vacancies.
• Stakeholder Management & Reporting: You will be the primary point of contact for hiring managers and departments, advising them throughout the entire recruiting process and building transparency and trust through insightful reporting.
• Employer Branding & Campaigns: You will manage our employer branding budget and work with the team to develop creative recruiting campaigns and events that increase our brand visibility and attract the right talent.

Your profile

• Leadership Experience: You have at least one year of experience leading a recruiting team and know how to support the individual development of your team members and motivate them to achieve their best.
• Hands-on Recruiting Mentality: You still enjoy operational recruiting and are eager to manage your own roles. You bring several years of in-house experience in filling non-technical positions.
• Recruiting Strategy & Active Sourcing: You possess deep expertise in active sourcing and have successfully developed and implemented recruiting strategies.
• Employer Branding: You are fascinated by social media, modern recruiting trends, and the world of marketing. You enjoy driving employer branding campaigns and events forward together with your team.
• Ownership & Resilience: You enjoy taking ownership and act in a proactive, solution-oriented manner. During intense phases, such as hiring sprints, you keep a clear overview and set distinct priorities.
• Data & Tools: You manage recruiting processes based on data and can translate relevant metrics into meaningful reports. You are highly proficient in the Google Office Suite and LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience with Personio is a plus.
• Communication: You communicate confidently and persuasively in both German and English.
