With craftsmanship and attention to detail
FALKE is for those who see luxury not as an excess, but as the freedom to reward themselves with the very best. Since 1895, the family-owned company has combined supreme craftsmanship with innovative design and the finest materials. Every detail is considered, every design perfected – for premium fashion that is tangibly different.
Luxury aesthetics meet a social-first approach
As an established premium fashion brand, FALKE traditionally relied on classic e-commerce shoots. The goal was to develop a platform-specific content strategy that maintained the brand's high quality standards while leveraging the potential of social-first content to increase reach, engagement, and ultimately, sales.
From classic fashion shoot to social-first content
To ensure the best possible performance, we challenged the status quo and developed a step-by-step approach:
- QUGC as a hybrid format: Concepts were based on UGC mechanics but executed with professional production. This created content that felt native and authentic while meeting the visual standards of a premium brand.
- High fashion meets social-first: Inspired by the aesthetics of major fashion houses and luxury content creators, we built a visual bridge between the digital zeitgeist and an exclusive brand identity.
- Professional setups instead of selfie aesthetics: Instead of classic UGC shoots, we used studio settings with high-quality lighting, backdrops, and targeted styling to elevate product presentation to a new level.
- Creator scouting with a focus on brand fit: We collaborated with content creators who brought their own strong visual identity, fitting perfectly into the high-fashion context.
A prime example of this strategy's success was the Dynamic Sock – a trendy crew sock with striking green rings. This product had barely been advertised and was considered a "sleeper." The sock appealed to a younger target group that responds particularly well to native content. Through a targeted QUGC campaign with a social-first approach, the product was successfully positioned and saw high demand in no time. The result: The Dynamic Sock was completely sold out within just two weeks.
QUGC as a bridge between luxury and social performance
FALKE stands for exclusive quality and artisanal perfection – values that should also be reflected in their content. Classic UGC approaches like voice-overs, unboxings, or selfie formats did not meet the brand's high standards and were not appealing enough for their upscale target audience. At the same time, UGC mechanics are essential on social media for driving high engagement rates and authentic brand communication.
Our challenge was to find a middle ground: How can we leverage the performance benefits of social-first content without compromising the brand's premium aesthetic?
Our answer: Quality User Generated Content (QUGC) – a combination of the benefits of native content and the aesthetics of classic high-fashion productions.
