Your responsibilities            

• You will conceive and develop data-driven communication and performance marketing strategies for some of the most exciting and fastest-growing brands on the market.
• You will plan, create, and manage social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business Center, and other relevant ad platforms.
• You will optimize ongoing campaigns based on performance data, gaining valuable practical experience in paid social and online marketing.
• You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns based on standard performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPO, CPC, CTR, and other metrics.
• You will create regular reports, present results in an understandable way, and derive concrete recommendations for campaign optimization.

Your profile                                                     

• You are an enrolled student, ideally in a field related to media, marketing, or communications.
• You are available for 20 hours per week.
• You enjoy analytical work and have a good head for numbers.
• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in the field of paid social.
• Your colleagues would describe you as a talented communicator and organizer.
• You are proactive and bring a hands-on mentality to the team.
• Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken.
