Your responsibilities            

• Recruiting & Candidate Journey: You will support us throughout the entire applicant management process. From reviewing resumes and coordinating interviews to conducting initial screening calls, you will be the first friendly voice our talent hears.
• Active Sourcing: You will hunt for the best talent for our teams on LinkedIn, reaching out to them in a personalized and creative way.
• Metrics & Reports: You will learn the most important recruiting metrics and how to use them to derive a talent acquisition strategy.
• Employer Branding: Together with our marketing team, you will work on exciting projects to make our employer brand even more attractive.
• Hands-on HR Support: Recruiting is a bit quiet? Perfect! You will support our six-person team with generalist HR tasks (e.g., onboarding preparations, helping organize team events, and assisting with employer branding campaigns).

Your profile                                                     

• Your status: You are currently enrolled at a university and have at least 3 semesters left to complete.
• Previous experience: Ideally, you have already gained some initial experience in this field (e.g., through internships). If not, don't worry! Just show us that you are truly passionate about recruiting and other People & Culture topics. In that case, we would love to receive a short, informal cover letter or video.
• Digital native: You are quick to learn new software and tools. Ideally, you have previous experience with an ATS (e.g., Personio) or other HR software.
• Hands-on mentality: You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and are vocal about sharing your ideas.
• Strong communication skills: You are approachable and have the necessary tact when dealing with talent. You are a native German speaker and have at least B2-level English proficiency.
