Your responsibilities

• You will independently manage our community, staying closely connected to our users.
• You will support our team in producing organic social media posts for a major international client – both in front of and behind the camera.
• You will assist our social media managers with reporting and analysis.
• Your creativity is key: you will contribute ideas and proactively implement them with the team.
• We value initiative – occasionally, the job may involve smaller tasks on weekends (e.g., community management).

Your profile

• You are an enrolled student in media, marketing, or communications – or you can impress us with relevant practical experience in the social media sector.
• You have already created platform-specific content and have a good feel for trends, viral content, and target-group-oriented communication.
• You are comfortable in front of the camera and have a confident presence.
• You work proactively, hands-on, and independently – even in dynamic situations.
• You are communicative, a team player, and reliable – while also being flexible, as tasks may occasionally arise on weekends.
• You speak German at a C1 level and English at a minimum B2 level – for working on international projects.
