Your Responsibilities

• You will assist with creating invoices and help manage accounts receivable.
• You will help prepare accounting records using DATEV Unternehmen Online.
• You will assist in processing travel expenses, credit card statements, and out-of-pocket expenses.
• You will support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• You will contribute to forecasts, reports, and KPI analyses, gaining real insights into controlling.
• You will help improve and automate our processes.

Your profile

• Education: You are currently enrolled as a student—for example, in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Business Law, Finance, or a similar business-related field.
• Experience: You don't need to be an expert; what matters most is your passion for finance and working with numbers. Any initial experience from your studies or a part-time job is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Structure & Communication: You work in an organized, reliable manner and take initiative. You aren't afraid to ask questions and get things done.
• Tech & Tools: Excel and Google Sheets don't scare you—quite the opposite. Haven't used DATEV before? No problem, we'll show you how.
• Team Spirit & Eagerness to Learn: You are helpful, curious, and eager to grow both professionally and personally. And when things get busy, you stay cool under pressure.
• Language & Communication: You are confident in both German and English, both written and spoken. Perfect grammar isn't required, but you should feel comfortable communicating clearly in both languages.
