Your responsibilities

• During this 12-month traineeship, you will learn how to manage clients successfully and how to conceptualize and implement social media ad campaigns.
• You will develop strategies for some of the most exciting and fastest-growing brands on the market.
• You will take on responsibility across the full spectrum, from ad placement to the monitoring and optimization of campaigns in Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Business Center, and more.
• You are responsible for preparing campaign results and creating campaign documentation.
• You will monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns based on standard KPIs (ROAS, CPO, CPC, CTR, etc.).
• Furthermore, you are responsible for creating reports, deriving actionable recommendations, and presenting them to your clients.

Your profile

• You have a degree in media, marketing, communications, or a related field—or you can convince us that you don't need one.
• Ideally, you have a strong affinity for digital media and current trends, as well as excellent analytical skills.
• With a data-driven approach and your talent for communication and organization, you can impress our clients.
• You bring an independent and self-reliant work style with a strong hands-on mentality.
• You have the drive to make a significant contribution to the growth of a young company.
• Very good written and spoken German (C1) and English (B2) skills.
