Your Responsibilities

• You will take on professional and disciplinary leadership of a new team consisting of creative designers and social media managers. This includes capacity planning, team organization, and the professional development of team members.
• Through regular 1:1s, you will gauge the current well-being of your team members, identify areas for action in a timely manner, and support them in taking the next steps.
• You will keep an eye on economic KPIs such as margins, utilization, and contribution margins, proactively identifying any discrepancies. Using your business acumen, you will derive concrete measures for project and team management to address these challenges.
• You will work on your own clients, acting as a strategic project manager. You will keep track of all key tasks and deadlines, manage project stakeholders, and further develop client accounts using your professional expertise.
• You will collaborate with our growth team on client pitches to help expand our business.

Your profile

• You have already gained 5+ years of experience in an agency and are now looking for the next step in your career as a Team Lead.
• You have a good sense for people and their needs, and you are able to provide guidance through your expertise.
• You are familiar with the relevant economic KPIs in day-to-day agency life and understand how they relate to one another.
• You have independently managed projects from initial inquiry to final billing and are familiar with the most important KPIs in paid social.
• You impress with your project management experience, enjoy client interaction, and have experience in pitches.
• You bring an independent, organized, and self-reliant working style with a strong hands-on mentality.
• Advising clients in both German and English is second nature to you.
