Your responsibilities

• You will take on the professional and disciplinary leadership of a new team consisting of creative designers and social media managers. This includes capacity planning, team organization, and the professional development of team members.
• In regular 1:1 meetings, you will check in on the well-being of your team members, identify any need for action in a timely manner, and support them in their next steps.
• You will keep an eye on financial KPIs such as margin, utilization, and contribution margin, and proactively identify discrepancies. Using your business acumen, you will derive concrete measures for project and team management to address these challenges.
• You will work on your own client accounts, acting as a strategic project manager. You will keep track of all key tasks and deadlines, manage project stakeholders, and further develop client accounts using your expertise.
• You will collaborate with our growth team on client pitches to help expand our business.

Your profile

• You have 5+ years of agency experience and are now looking for the next step in your career as a Team Lead.
• You have a good instinct for people and their needs, and you are able to provide them with guidance based on your expertise.
• You are familiar with the relevant financial metrics in day-to-day agency life and understand how they relate to one another.
• You have independently managed projects from initial inquiry to final billing and are familiar with the most important paid social KPIs.
• You have a proven track record in project management, enjoy client interaction, and have experience with pitches.
• You have an independent, organized, and self-driven work style with a strong hands-on mentality.
• Advising clients in both German and English is second nature to you.
