Team Lead (d/f/m) Performance Marketing part-time (from 25 hours/week)

We are looking to fill this position with someone who can support us part-time for at least 25 hours per week. We offer flexible working hours, and it would be helpful if these hours could be spread across as many days of the week as possible. However, we are happy to discuss your preferred model!

Your responsibilities

• People-focus: You lead and inspire a dedicated team of 4-6 performance marketing managers, supporting them in their personal and professional development.
• Hands-on: You act as the point of contact for clients in our paid media division and take on strategic project management for some of the most exciting consumer brands on the market.
• Growth-mindset: You have the opportunity to actively drive your team and our paid media division forward, while also strengthening collaboration between our internal teams, such as our paid content and organic social departments.
• Data-driven: Responsible for client satisfaction and profitability, you apply your analytical skills to relevant KPIs and manage your team's capacity.

Your profile

• You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in performance marketing and have already gained leadership experience, ideally in an agency setting.
• You have personally executed high-budget performance marketing projects in social media and are familiar with the key KPIs and measurement approaches in paid social.
• You impress with your project management skills and enjoy applying your strategic expertise on major social platforms when interacting with clients.
• You bring an independent and organized work style with a strong hands-on mentality and thrive on taking responsibility for your team and projects.
• Advising clients in both German and English is second nature to you.
