Your responsibilities

• People-focused: You will lead and inspire a dedicated team of 4-6 performance marketing managers, supporting them in their personal and professional development.
• Hands-on: You will be the point of contact for our paid media clients and take on strategic project management for some of the most exciting consumer brands on the market.‍
• Growth mindset: You will have the opportunity to actively drive your team and our paid media division forward, while strengthening collaboration across our internal teams, such as our paid content and organic social departments.‍
• Data-driven: Responsible for client satisfaction and profitability, you will use your analytical skills to monitor relevant KPIs and manage your team's capacity.

Your profile

• You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in performance marketing and have already gained leadership experience, ideally in an agency setting.
• You have personally managed high-budget performance marketing projects in social media and are familiar with the key KPIs and measurement approaches in paid social.
• You have impressive project management skills and enjoy applying your strategic experience on major social platforms when working with clients.
• You have an independent and organized work style with a strong hands-on mentality and thrive on taking responsibility for your team and projects.
• Advising clients in both German and English is second nature to you.
