Your responsibilities‍

• You lead the team responsible for Mawave’s own marketing (a team of 5).
• You continuously develop our positioning and ensure consistent brand perception across all channels.
• You are responsible for our content and thought leadership strategy (LinkedIn, PR, case studies, reports, newsletters, events).
• You manage our lead generation and marketing funnel in collaboration with Sales and Business Development.
• You identify new marketing opportunities, formats, and channels to position Mawave as the leading social-first agency.
• You coordinate awards, speaking opportunities, PR initiatives, and strategic partnerships, and invest our six-figure marketing budget wisely.
• You establish scalable marketing processes and implement effective AI and automation solutions.
• You work closely with the executive board on strategic marketing initiatives and corporate communications.

Your profile

• You have experience in B2B marketing – ideally within an agency, a SaaS company, or a fast-growing business.
• You have experience in developing and managing marketing strategies as well as reporting to executive leadership.
• You have a strong sense for storytelling, communication, and current marketing trends.
• You work in a structured manner and are able to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
• You show initiative, a hands-on mentality, and a desire to strategically develop a marketing team.
• You are data-driven and can manage marketing based on clear KPIs (e.g., pipeline, SQLs, website traffic, organic reach).
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
