Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the planning, execution, and post-production of high-quality social media videos
• Using your creativity, professional expertise, and production experience, you will create outstanding content pieces for some of the biggest D2C brands on the market
• You present concepts with confidence and advise our clients on the implementation and budgeting of productions
• When managing large-scale productions, you keep an eye on your team, our clients' needs, as well as effort and budget
• You act as a sparring partner for all topics related to content production and editing, and actively help shape internal knowledge sharing 
• You continuously question our processes, identify potential for optimization, and actively contribute to the development of the department

Your profile

• You have approximately 5 years of industry experience, ideally 3 of which in an agency environment
• You have a keen sense for art direction, visual language, and (visual) storytelling—especially in a social context 
• You possess a broad range of skills in handling camera, lighting, and sound equipment 
• Your post-production workflow is structured, efficient, and of a very high quality
• You have experience with color management, grading, compositing, and simple VFX
• You are proficient in the standard Adobe Creative Cloud programs 
• You have excellent German and English skills and present yourself professionally and confidently in client meetings and on set
