Your responsibilities

• You will design organic creative campaigns for social media channels (video editing & statics) for some of the most exciting and fastest-growing brands on the market
• You will handle creative copywriting for organic creative campaigns
• Drawing on your experience, you will oversee visual language, video editing, and on-set production support 
• Working together as a team, you will conduct visual research and develop creative ideas for client campaigns
• You will create compelling storytelling for designs and pitch presentations
• You will be responsible for evolving designs based on performance-driven results

Your profile

• You have at least 4–6 years of professional experience in social media content creation & design, ideally in an agency environment
• You have excellent proficiency in Creative Cloud software (Premiere Pro, Photoshop & After Effects)
• You are the trend scout among your friends because you are always sending them the latest Reels and trends on Instagram & TikTok
• You have experience working with organic social content and its specific requirements and trends
• You have an independent and proactive work style with a strong hands-on mentality
• A plus: Experience with photo/video shoots
• Excellent written and spoken German (C1) and English (B2) skills
