(Senior) Creative Designer (m/f/d) - Organic Social

Your Responsibilities

• You will design organic creative campaigns for social media channels (video editing & statics) for some of the most exciting and fastest-growing brands on the market
• You will take charge of creative copywriting for organic creative campaigns
• Using your experience, you will oversee visual language, video editing, and on-set production support
• Working as part of a team, you will conduct visual research and develop creative concepts for client campaigns
• You will craft compelling storytelling through designs and pitch presentations
• You will be fully responsible for evolving designs based on performance-driven results

Your profile

• You have at least 4–6 years of professional experience in social media content creation and design, ideally within an agency environment
• You possess excellent skills in Creative Cloud software (Premiere Pro, Photoshop & After Effects)
• You are the trend scout among your friends, always sending them the latest Reels and trends from Instagram and TikTok
• You have previously worked with organic social content and are familiar with its requirements and trends
• You have an independent, self-driven work style with a strong hands-on mentality
• A plus: Experience with photo or video shoots
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2)
