Your responsibilities‍

• At the core of your role is project and client management across all social media marketing disciplines: paid social, influencer marketing, organic social, and active community management.
• You will work closely with our teams in Germany to ensure your projects, strategies, and concepts are briefed optimally in terms of time and quality, and executed to your clients' complete satisfaction.
• You will plan, coordinate, and create relevant content for social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and more.
• You will prepare reports on the results of your social media activities to measure the success of our strategies, implement continuous improvements, and present findings to clients.
• You will create editorial calendars based on target KPIs.
• You will promote posts independently and strategically.
• You will translate data-driven social media strategies into creative content concepts.
• You will develop outcome-driven, platform-specific strategies and support the sales team with pitches.
• You will coordinate collaborations with influencers and creators, ranging from simple content creation to smaller influencer campaigns.
• You will support the rest of the team with shoot planning and execution.

Your profile

• You have at least 4–5 years of experience in project or account management within the social media sector, ideally in an agency environment.
• You are highly familiar with the post and ad formats of various social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest).
• You have experience working with clients across various industries and of different sizes
• Your exceptional presentation skills win over both internal and external stakeholders
• You are comfortable in front of the camera and have experience creating your own content
• You are a solution-oriented, structured, and analytical worker who takes ownership of your tasks
• Ideally, you are willing to travel occasionally throughout the year to support on-site shoots
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2). Proficiency in French and Italian is a plus.
