(Senior) Social Media Manager - Influencer Marketing (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities‍

• You will independently conceptualize and develop UGC and social media campaigns as part of holistic content strategies
• You will take over operational project management for clients in the creative and social space, ensuring seamless execution
• You will plan, organize, and conduct shoots with internal and external creators
• You will research, manage, and negotiate with suitable content creators and influencers
• You will plan, create, and publish content for relevant social media channels (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
• You will develop editorial calendars based on defined KPIs and implement them independently
• You will analyze the performance of your initiatives and derive optimizations
• You will work closely with the creative, performance, and production teams

Your profile

• ‍You have at least 3–5 years of professional experience in social media marketing and project management
• You are passionate about social media outcomes as well as sourcing and communicating with various creators 
• You work in a solution-oriented, structured, analytical, and independent manner
• You have experience working with clients across various industries, and your project management skills round out your profile.
• You already have experience in organizing and overseeing photo shoots.
• You are willing to travel, including regular trips to our Munich office to be on-site for your scheduled shoots.‍
• You have C1-level proficiency in both German and English.
