Your responsibilities‍

• ‍You will independently conceptualize and develop UGC (User Generated Content) campaigns that align with our holistic paid content strategies
• You will be fully responsible for researching, communicating with, and negotiating with relevant content creators who match our clients' profiles and requirements‍
• You will manage and expand our own creator community
• You will plan, organize, and regularly conduct shoots with internal and external creators
• You will keep track of all planned campaigns and activities for our clients, ensuring a smooth content creation process
• You will take on the mentoring and leadership of interns, working students, or junior team members
• You will coordinate closely with your own team as well as interdisciplinary with the performance team to achieve the best results

Your profile

• ‍You have at least 4–6 years of professional experience in social media marketing and project management
• You are passionate about paid social ads as well as sourcing and communicating with a variety of creators 
• You are solution-oriented, structured, analytical, and work independently
• You have experience working with clients across various industries, and your project management skills round out your profile
• You have previous experience in organizing and supervising photo shoots
• You are willing to come to our Munich office regularly to be on-site for your scheduled shoots‍
• You are fluent in German and English at a C1 level or higher
