Your responsibilities

• You will take the lead on major key accounts and have end-to-end ownership of the strategic and operational development of your clients
• You will lead large, cross-functional project teams from our social & creative, paid media, and production departments, ensuring seamless collaboration
• You will design complex social media and campaign setups, plan their implementation, and keep a constant eye on KPIs, timelines, and budgets
• You will prepare pitches for new clients, present strategic concepts persuasively, and manage projects from the very beginning
• You will develop measurement and analysis frameworks, monitor campaign performance, and derive well-founded optimization measures
• You will act as a strategic sparring partner for existing and potential clients, providing targeted advice on the further development of their social media activities
• As a senior social media expert, you will be a pioneer in your team, actively sharing your knowledge and developing our junior to senior talent both professionally and strategically

Your profile

• You have 7+ years of experience in the social media environment, ideally on the agency side
• You have mastered platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others, both strategically and operationally
• You have independently managed multiple projects in parallel—from the initial inquiry to final billing
• You are familiar with organic social KPIs and can strategically interpret performance data
• You have experience in project management, client consulting, and pitching
• Ideally, you have already been responsible for managing and growing major key accounts
• You work in a structured, independent, and hands-on manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English round out your profile
