Your responsibilities

• Your responsibilities include, in particular, planning, creating, and publishing relevant content for our clients' social media channels (focusing on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest)
• You create editorial plans based on KPIs to be achieved
• You promote posts independently and in a targeted manner
• You translate data-driven social media strategies into creative content concepts
• You create outcome-driven and platform-specific strategies and support the sales team with pitches
• You coordinate collaboration with influencers and creators, ranging from pure content creation to smaller influencer campaigns
• You prepare reports on the results of your social media activities and present them to our clients, including actionable recommendations
• You are responsible for community management from strategy to implementation (inbound & outbound)

Your profile

• You have at least 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing and have already worked in an agency environment
• You are very familiar with the post and ad formats of the various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest)
• You have already managed clients from various industries, and your experience in project management rounds out your profile
• Your exceptional presentation skills impress both internal and external stakeholders
• You are comfortable in front of the camera and have experience filming your own content
• You are solution-oriented, structured, analytical, and work independently.
• Ideally, you are willing to travel occasionally throughout the year to assist with shoots.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
