Your Responsibilities

• Your responsibilities include planning, creating, and publishing relevant content for our clients' social media channels, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• You will create editorial calendars based on target KPIs.
• You will manage and target post promotions independently.
• You will translate data-driven social media strategies into creative content concepts.
• You will develop outcome-driven, platform-specific strategies and support the sales team with pitches.
• You will coordinate collaborations with influencers and creators, ranging from simple content creation to managing smaller influencer campaigns.
• You will prepare reports on the results of your social media activities and present them to our clients, including actionable recommendations.
• You are responsible for community management, from strategy development to execution (inbound & outbound).

Your profile

• You have at least 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing and have previously worked in an agency environment.
• You are highly familiar with the post and ad formats across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest).
• You have experience managing clients across various industries, and your project management skills round out your profile.
• Your exceptional presentation skills impress both internal and external stakeholders.
• You are comfortable in front of the camera and have experience creating your own content
• You are solution-oriented, structured, analytical, and work independently
• Ideally, you are willing to travel occasionally throughout the year to support shoots.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
