Your Responsibilities

• You will have full ownership of developing and implementing innovative performance marketing strategies for leading consumer brands.
• You are responsible for the operational execution and optimization of social media campaigns with a focus on scaling.
• Your area of responsibility includes monthly advertising budgets of up to 7 figures, which are in the best hands thanks to your data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Data is key—you will engage intensively with measurement and tracking solutions and thrive on diving deep into the datasets and dashboards provided by our internal data team.
• In weekly client calls, you will prepare campaign data and provide actionable recommendations, which you will then implement.
• Your expertise allows other team members to learn from you, and you enjoy sharing your knowledge.

Your profile

• At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on social media, preferably in an agency environment.
• Expert knowledge in campaign execution and optimization on Meta; knowledge of TikTok is desirable, and experience with LinkedIn or Pinterest is a plus.
• You are comfortable with large numbers—we look forward to seeing your experience in managing monthly budgets of at least 6 figures and your track record of scaling effectively within that scope.
• Strong self-organization and initiative, as well as the ability to independently manage complex projects and deliver results.
• Experience in the professional leadership and mentoring of team members.
• Deep understanding and practical experience in measurement and tracking, ideally with experience in attribution modeling.
• Fluent German (C2) and English (C1) skills are required for working with our clients.
