Your responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the independent development and implementation of innovative performance marketing strategies for leading consumer brands. 
• You will manage the operational execution and optimization of social media campaigns with a focus on scaling.
• Your area of responsibility includes monthly advertising budgets of up to 7 figures, which are in the best hands thanks to your data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Data is key—you will engage intensively with measurement and tracking solutions and thrive on diving deep into the datasets and dashboards provided by our internal data team.
• In weekly client calls, you will prepare campaign data and provide actionable recommendations, which you will then implement. 
• Your expertise will allow other team members to learn from you, and you enjoy sharing your knowledge.

Your profile

• At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on social media, preferably in an agency environment.
• Expert knowledge in campaign execution and optimization on Meta; knowledge of TikTok is desirable, and experience with LinkedIn or Pinterest is a plus.
• Don't be intimidated by big numbers—we’d love to hear from you if you have experience managing monthly budgets of at least six figures and have successfully scaled within that scope. 
• Strong self-organization and initiative, along with the ability to independently manage complex projects and deliver results.
• Experience in the professional leadership and mentoring of team members.
• Deep understanding and practical experience in measurement and tracking, ideally with experience in attribution modeling.
• Fluent German (C2) and English (C1) skills are required for working with our clients.
