Your responsibilities

• You will develop strategic core ideas, content timelines, and rough creative concepts for social media campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.
• You will analyze target audiences, platform trends, and the competition to derive well-founded strategic recommendations.
• You will evaluate existing creatives, analyze campaign results, and develop strategic recommendations for action for internal teams and clients.
• You will interpret client feedback and performance data, using them to continuously optimize content strategy.
• You will maintain and continuously develop our central strategy documentation.

Your profile

• You have 3–4 years of experience in creative strategy, social media, or digital marketing – ideally in an agency environment.
• You understand the logic and requirements of paid and organic social on platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.
• You have experience in developing cross-channel campaign strategies – from always-on to highlight campaigns.
• You think analytically, creatively, and conceptually – and can derive real insights from data.
• You communicate clearly and in a structured manner, and you are able to present your ideas persuasively.
• You work independently and collaboratively, and you are able to keep track of multiple projects at once.
• Excellent German (C1) and good English (B2) skills round out your profile.
