Your responsibilities

• You will take over project management and communication for two of our largest clients.
• You act as a confident point of contact on equal footing, advise our clients on creative impulses, and present compelling design concepts.
• You mentor a team of creative designers, translate client requirements into clear briefings, and ensure the highest quality standards.
• You work hand-in-hand with the Creative Art Director to translate visionary ideas into viable concepts.
• Using Asana, you precisely manage the entire creative process, from defining design requirements and gathering feedback to final client approval.
• You prepare sound cost estimates, keep an eye on resources, and ensure profitable project controlling through structured hourly calculations.
• You contribute your strategic input in regular exchange formats, such as the senior roundtable or weekly team meetings.

Your profile

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in social media content creation & design, ideally in an agency environment.
• You have a proven track record of managing large client projects and driving them to measurable success.
• You are a social media trend scout with an affinity for new technologies, especially AI.
• You possess excellent knowledge of Creative Cloud programs (Premiere Pro, Photoshop & After Effects).
• You have an independent and self-reliant working style with a strong hands-on mentality.
• Very good written and spoken German (C1) and English (B2) skills.
