Your responsibilities
You will conceptualize and develop communication strategies for some of the most exciting and fastest-growing brands on the market
You will implement and continuously optimize social media ad strategies for our clients using Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Business Center, and more
You are responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns based on standard KPIs (ROAS, CPO, CPC, CTR, etc.)
You will also create reports and derive actionable recommendations
Your profile
You are studying media, marketing, communications, or a related field—or you can convince us that you don't need to
Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in paid social
Your colleagues would describe you as a talented communicator and organizer with a data-driven and analytical approach to work
- You are proactive and bring a hands-on mentality to the table
- Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken
