Your responsibilities

• You will conceive and develop communication strategies for some of the most exciting and fastest-growing brands on the market.
• You will implement and continuously optimize social media ad strategies on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms for our clients.
• You are responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns based on standard KPIs (ROAS, CPO, CPC, CTR, etc.).
• You will also create reports and derive actionable recommendations.

Your profile

• You are currently studying media, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in paid social.
• Your colleagues would describe you as a talented communicator and organizer with a data-driven and analytical approach to work.
• You are proactive and bring a hands-on mentality to the team.
• Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2), both written and spoken.
