Your responsibilities

• You will assist in designing paid social campaigns for social media channels such as Instagram (Reels) and TikTok.
• Together with the team, you will develop creative content strategies that inspire our clients.
• You will gain initial experience in creative copywriting for social media campaigns.
• You will contribute to visual language, image editing, and on-set production support.
• You will research visual trends and actively participate in creative brainstorming for client campaigns.
• You will assist in the creation of pitch presentations.
• You will help implement design mockups for performance testing.
• Together with the team, you will analyze the performance of designs and support their ongoing development.
  

Your profile

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in design, media, communications, or a related field, or have already gained initial practical experience in content creation.
• Basic knowledge of Creative Cloud programs (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or After Effects) is an advantage.
• You are passionate about social media and are familiar with the latest trends and formats on Instagram and TikTok.
• You are interested in paid content and have ideally already explored the requirements and trends in this field.
• You have an independent and proactive way of working and are motivated to contribute to the team.
• Optional: Previous experience on shoots is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English round off your profile.
