Your responsibilities

• You will conceptualize and develop marketing strategies for some of the most exciting and fastest-growing brands on the market.
• You will share your expertise in paid social both with your colleagues and in client meetings.
• You will manage a six-figure monthly marketing budget with scaling potential.
• You will implement social media ad strategies for our clients and continuously optimize them.
• You will be part of one of the fastest-growing agencies in Germany.

Your profile                                

• You have at least 2–3 years of professional experience in social media ads.
• You have good to excellent knowledge of paid ads on Meta platforms.
• You have previous experience in project management, leading client projects.
• You have the drive to get involved and play a key role in shaping the growth of Mawave and our clients.
• You enjoy diving into ad manager data, analyzing it, and deriving actionable insights.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
