Your responsibilities‍

• You will prepare marketing data to serve as a sound basis for decision-making for our clients.
• You will take the lead in planning, executing, and evaluating experiments—from conversion lift studies to brand lift analyses.
• You will act as a strategic advisor to our clients, communicating confidently at eye level with decision-makers up to the C-suite. In doing so, you will translate complex analytical results into clear, strategic recommendations for action.
• You will develop and manage our global test-and-learn agenda to continuously increase the effectiveness of our campaigns.
• You will develop methodological frameworks for measuring marketing success and ensure that we are always focused on the right KPIs.
• You will share your knowledge in workshops and empower your colleagues to make data-driven decisions.

Your profile

• You are a talented communicator with the ability to manage client relationships independently and confidently. You develop a deep sense for your clients' needs and act as their trusted advisor.
• You understand complex data models, but your true strength lies in explaining them clearly. You are able to engage stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise—from marketing specialists to the C-suite.
• You have a background in performance marketing or digital advertising. You know the operational side of the business and understand how campaigns work.
• You keep track of multiple projects, work in a structured manner, and know how to proactively drive processes forward.
• You are a native-level German speaker and have a very good command of English (at least B2 level).
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in an agency setting.
