Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the planning, execution, and post-production of high-quality social media videos
• Using your creativity, professional expertise, and production experience, you will create outstanding content pieces for some of the biggest D2C brands on the market
• You confidently present concepts and advise our clients on the implementation of productions
• You act as a sparring partner for all things content production and editing, and actively contribute to internal knowledge sharing
• You continuously challenge our processes, identify potential for optimization, and actively participate in the development of the department

Your profile

• You have approximately 5 years of industry experience, ideally with 2 of those years in an agency environment (permanent position or regular freelance work for agencies)
• You have a keen sense for art direction, visual language, and (visual) storytelling—especially in a social context
• You understand the differences between organic and paid social and apply appropriate communication strategies effectively
• You possess a broad range of skills in handling camera, lighting, and sound equipment
• Your post-production workflow is structured, efficient, and of a high quality. You have experience with color management, grading, compositing, and simple VFX
• You are proficient in the standard Adobe Creative Cloud programs 
• You have excellent German and English skills and present yourself professionally and confidently in client meetings and on set
