Your responsibilities

• Your tasks will primarily include planning, creating, and publishing relevant content for our clients' social media channels (focusing on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest).
• You will create editorial plans based on target KPIs and translate data-driven social media strategies into creative content concepts.
• You will coordinate collaborations with influencers and creators, ranging from pure content creation to smaller influencer campaigns.
• You will prepare reports on the results of your social media activities and present them to our clients, including actionable recommendations.
• You will be responsible for community management from strategy to execution (inbound & outbound).

Your profile

• You have initial experience in social media marketing.
• You are very familiar with the post and ad formats of various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest).
• Your presentation skills are convincing to both internal and external stakeholders.
• You are comfortable in front of the camera and have experience filming your own content.
• You work in a solution-oriented, structured, analytical, and independent manner.
• Ideally, you are willing to travel occasionally throughout the year to support shoots.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
