Your responsibilities

• You will independently conceptualize and develop UGC (User Generated Content) campaigns
• You will take over the strategic management of several clients
• Researching relevant content creators who fit our clients' profiles and requirements is entirely up to you. Communication and coordination, including partnership negotiations with creators, are part of your daily business
• You will support the creation of creative advertising concepts for a wide variety of clients
• In addition, you will keep an overview of all ongoing paid social campaigns and ensure deadlines are met
• Communication within the team as well as interdisciplinary collaboration with the performance and content teams are also part of your responsibilities

Your profile

• You have at least 1–2 years of professional experience in creator marketing management within the e-commerce sector
• You have a feel for current trends and a strong interest in social media
• You are not camera-shy and have experience creating your own content
• You are familiar with paid social ads and have in-depth knowledge of the German-speaking influencer and creator landscape. You have managed clients across various industries, and your project management experience rounds out your profile

• You have an independent, organized, and self-driven work style with a strong hands-on mentality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2).
