Your responsibilities

• You will conceptualize and develop marketing strategies for some of the most exciting and fastest-growing brands on the market.
• You will share your expertise in paid social both in collaboration with your colleagues and in client meetings.
• You will manage a six-figure monthly marketing budget with significant scaling potential.
• You will implement and continuously optimize social media ad strategies for our clients.
• You will be part of one of the fastest-growing agencies in Germany.‍

Your profile         

• You have at least 1–2 years of professional experience in social media ads.
• You have good to excellent knowledge of paid ads on Meta platforms.
• You have previous experience in project management and leading client projects.
• Your colleagues would describe you as a clever and solution-oriented person.
• You have the drive to get involved and play a key role in shaping the growth of Mawave and our clients.
• You enjoy diving into ad manager data, analyzing it, and deriving actionable steps from your findings.
• You are fluent in German and English at a C1 level or higher.
