Your responsibilities

• You will design creative campaigns for social media channels (statics, videos, UGC, and animations) for some of the most exciting and fastest-growing brands on the market.
• Drawing on your experience, you will oversee visual language, image editing, and on-set production support.
• In video editing, you will cut and color-grade a wide variety of UGC videos.
• Working as part of a team, you will conduct visual research and develop creative ideas for client campaigns.
• You will create compelling storytelling for designs and pitch presentations.
• You will implement client-focused designs for performance testing.
• You are fully responsible for iterating and evolving designs based on performance-driven results.

Your profile

• You have at least 1–2 years of professional experience in content creation.
• You possess good to excellent skills in Creative Cloud software (Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
• You are proficient in motion design, specifically in creating animations and visual effects.
• You have a keen eye for creative design and aesthetics.
• You have an independent, self-driven work style with a strong hands-on mentality.
• You are confident in dealing with clients and are comfortable giving presentations
• You have at least C1 proficiency in both German and English
• A plus: experience with photo shoots
