Your responsibilities

• Taking responsibility for the strategic and creative management of Mawave’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) with a focus on brand building and lead generation—you’re also happy to step in front of the camera yourself.
• Developing creative content strategies for our corporate and personal brand channels.
• Editorial planning, briefing, and collaborating with working students, as well as quality assurance and content optimization.
• Independently creating visual content and layouts (e.g., Reel thumbnails, LinkedIn slides).
• Community management in collaboration with our in-house marketing team.
• Close, cross-functional collaboration with other departments, especially marketing, PR, HR, and sales.
• Supporting event communications.

Your profile

• You have at least 2 years of experience in social media management, ideally in an agency or digital environment.
• You are proficient in using tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Photoshop), Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• You think across channels and have a deep understanding of branding, storytelling, and community building.
• You have a keen eye for current social media aesthetics and have already implemented them professionally.
• You possess a high level of initiative, the ability to work independently, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team.
• Ideally, you have an eye for photography and are interested in providing occasional on-site event support in Munich.
• Fluent written and spoken German (C1) and English (B2) skills.
