Your Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the strategic and creative management of Mawave's social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) with a focus on brand building and lead generation – you are also comfortable appearing on camera yourself
• Develop creative content strategies for our corporate and personal brand channels
• Manage editorial planning, briefings, and collaboration with working students, as well as quality assurance and content optimization
• Independently create visual content and layouts (e.g., reel thumbnails, LinkedIn slides)
• Handle community management in collaboration with our in-house marketing team
• Work closely across departments, particularly with marketing, PR, HR, and sales
• Provide support for event communications

Your profile

• You have at least 2 years of experience in social media management, ideally in an agency or digital environment
• You are proficient in using tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop), Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• You think across channels and have a deep understanding of branding, storytelling, and community building
• You have a good sense for current social media aesthetics and have already implemented these professionally
• You possess a high level of initiative, work independently, and have strong problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team
• Ideally, you have an eye for photography and are interested in occasional on-site event support in Munich
• Fluent German (C1) and English (B2) skills, both written and spoken
