Your responsibilities

In this role, you will have a significant impact on how we deploy influencers at Mawave and maximize their potential. Together with our growth team, you will conceptualize and acquire influencer projects (campaigns) and take them from initial idea to execution.

• Conceptualizing creative influencer formats and campaigns
• Providing targeted consulting to active and potential clients to win influencer projects
• Designing and implementing measurement methods
• Planning, executing, and monitoring campaigns
• Developing and presenting pitch decks to clients
• Identifying, contacting, and negotiating contracts with cooperation partners
• Targeted expansion of our influencer marketing expertise and proactively presenting tailored concepts to our key accounts

Advanced skills

• Advising colleagues and transferring knowledge within our teams
• Identifying suitable influencers and building a diverse network
• Maintaining relationships with influencers and management agencies

Your profile

• You are a true social media native – platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and others are your digital home.
• Influencer marketing is your passion, and you are driven to build brands with the right concepts and faces.
• You create creative concepts and engaging presentations with ease.
• Proactivity and organization are second nature to you.
• You excel at client management and consulting, as well as sharing your knowledge of social media strategies with internal colleagues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2).
