Your responsibilities

• Strategic conception, management, and further development of influencer campaigns – from the initial idea to final reporting
• Deriving actionable measures from brand and campaign strategies and translating them into clear briefings for creators and internal teams
• Building, maintaining, and scaling a strong network of relevant influencers, agencies, and partners
• Providing independent strategic consulting to clients on influencer marketing, creator relations, and social media trends
• Developing cross-channel, creative concepts and evaluating them based on data-driven KPIs
• Managing and monitoring campaigns, including timing, budget, and quality control
• Leading contract negotiations and expanding long-term partnerships
• Actively sharing best practices, trends, and market insights with colleagues and teams

Your profile

• You have several years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally on the agency or client side
• You view social media as a strategic communication tool and recognize the potential for brands within creator-driven ecosystems
• You bring solid project and campaign management skills and are accustomed to managing multiple campaigns in parallel
• You excel at client consulting and stakeholder management – you present with confidence, think entrepreneurially, and act in a solution-oriented manner
• You combine creative ideas with analytical thinking and can translate insights into concrete actions
• You are hands-on, structured, and decisive, without ever losing sight of the creative component
• Excellent written and spoken German (C1) and English (B2+) skills round off your profile
