Your Responsibilities

• Strategically conceive, manage, and evolve influencer campaigns—from initial concept to final reporting
• Translate brand and campaign strategies into actionable, clear briefings for creators and internal teams
• Build, maintain, and scale a robust network of relevant influencers, agencies, and partners
• Provide independent strategic consulting to clients on influencer marketing, creator relations, and social media trends
• Develop creative, cross-channel concepts and evaluate them using data-driven KPIs
• Manage and monitor campaigns, including timelines, budgets, and quality control
• Lead contract negotiations and cultivate long-term partnerships
• Proactively share best practices, trends, and market insights with colleagues and teams

Your profile

• You have several years of experience in influencer marketing, ideally on the agency or client side
• You view social media as a strategic communication tool and identify opportunities for brands within creator-driven ecosystems
• You possess strong project and campaign management skills and are accustomed to managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
• You excel at client consulting and stakeholder management—you present with confidence, think entrepreneurially, and act with a solution-oriented mindset
• You combine creative ideas with analytical thinking and can translate insights into concrete actions
• You are hands-on, structured, and decisive, without ever losing sight of the creative component
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2+) round out your profile
