Your responsibilities

• People Manager Partnering: You will independently support 10+ managers as a sparring partner in monthly 1:1 check-ins
• Performance Navigation: You will be responsible for planning and executing our performance cycles in Leapsome, including our goal system (Personal Growth Framework) and competency model
• Employee Surveys: You will conduct structured employee surveys and derive strategic initiatives from the results
• Learning & Development: You will develop and organize our leadership workshops (1-day, every two months), including conceptualization and content creation. Additionally, you will expand our learning library and design practical training sessions

Your profile

• As the central point of contact for our People Partnering, you are eager to take on a role with plenty of creative freedom and direct impact
• You are a strong communicator with empathy and experience in advising and challenging managers as an equal partner
• You enjoy shaping both operational HR processes and strategic development formats
• You have experience working with Leapsome
• You work in a structured, independent, and diligent manner—you have a good sense for organization and can derive concrete actions from data, feedback, and conversations
• You know how to present complex content in a simple and visually appealing way—Google Slides is a key tool for you
