Your Responsibilities

• People Partnering & Leadership Support:
  
  • You will independently support up to 14 people managers as a strategic partner for all HR-related, organizational, and development matters.
  • You will guide teams through change processes and provide expert advice.
  Onboarding Management:
  • You will be responsible for the further development and operational management of our company-wide onboarding process to ensure an optimal start for new colleagues.
  • You will support new team members during their probationary period and coordinate feedback loops.
  Learning & Development (L&D):
  • You will take on HR responsibility for Learning & Development.
  • You will identify training needs, design targeted professional development measures, and support internal training initiatives.
  • You will assist in the analysis of our Employee Pulse Survey.

Your profile

• You bring several years of experience in a central, advisory HR role – ideally in an agency, consulting, or fast-paced tech/service environment.
• You possess sound knowledge of personnel and leadership development as well as experience in designing L&D measures.
• You are characterized by empathy, strong communication skills, high consulting competence, and excellent organizational skills.
• You are solution-oriented, enjoy actively shaping processes, and maintain an overview even during dynamic phases.
• Nice to have: You are already familiar with the employee engagement tool Leapsome.
• You are fluent in German and English.
  
  We are also open to offering this position on a part-time basis (4 days per week).
