Your responsibilities

• You will take full responsibility for our Paid Media department, currently consisting of around 30 employees, including three team leads who report directly to you – with more to come.
• You will continuously develop the department's strategic direction and help break down existing silos between company divisions.
• Working with major clients, you will operate at a strategic level, proactively develop projects, and build long-term, trusting partnerships.
• You will optimize processes and workflows, promote efficiency, and drive innovation – for example, through the use of artificial intelligence.
• Together with other department heads and the executive board, you will actively shape the company's evolution into the leading social media outcomes agency

Your profile

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in managing other managers.
• In-depth knowledge of the agency environment and a confident grasp of all relevant economic metrics for managing an agency department.
• Strong analytical skills for generating data-driven insights and deriving strategic decisions based on relevant KPIs.
• An empathetic, positive personality with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
• High personal and professional growth ambitions, along with the drive to strategically expand the Paid Media department.
• Very good German (C1) and good English (B2) skills, both written and spoken.
