Your responsibilities‍

• You are responsible for planning and managing complex social media content productions.
• You calculate production budgets and ensure the profitability of your projects, balancing the needs of the client, revenue, and the company.
• You serve as the central point of contact for production projects, both internally and externally, and confidently lead coordination efforts, including budget negotiations with clients and external service providers.
• You assemble production teams and coordinate external partners throughout the entire production process.
• You leverage your existing network and build a reliable database of freelancers and partners.
• You share your business expertise with the production team.
• You continuously challenge our processes, identify potential for optimization, and actively contribute to the development of the department.

Your profile

• You have approximately 7+ years of industry experience, including 4 years in an agency environment.
• You have a strong understanding of social-first content and a keen eye for what performs across different platforms.
• You have several years of experience in planning and managing production budgets and teams.
• You have an extensive understanding of production and post-production processes at an operational level.
• You have a strong network of external service providers and partners.
• You have a clean and structured way of working
• You have excellent German and English skills
