Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for planning and managing complex social media content productions
• You calculate production budgets and ensure the profitability of your projects, balancing the needs of the client, revenue, and the company.
• You are the central point of contact for production projects, both internally and externally, and confidently lead coordination efforts, including budget negotiations with clients and external service providers
• You assemble production teams and coordinate external partners throughout the entire production process
• You leverage your existing network and build a reliable database of freelancers and partners
• You share your business expertise with the production team
• You continuously question our processes, identify potential for optimization, and actively contribute to the development of the department

Your profile

• You have approximately 7+ years of industry experience, 4 of which are in an agency environment
• You have a strong understanding of social-first content and recognize what performs across platforms
• You have several years of experience in planning and managing production budgets and teams
• You have an extensive understanding of production and post-production processes at an operational level
• You have a strong network of external service providers and partners
• You have a clean and structured way of working
• You have excellent German and English language skills
