Your responsibilities

• You will develop strategic core concepts, content timelines, and rough creative concepts for social media campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.
• You will analyze target audiences, platform trends, and the competition to derive well-founded strategic recommendations.
• You will evaluate existing creatives, analyze campaign results, and develop strategic recommendations for action for internal teams and clients.
• You will interpret client feedback and performance data, using these insights to continuously optimize content strategy.
• You will maintain and continuously develop our central strategy documentation.

Your profile

• You have 3–4 years of experience in creative strategy, social media, or digital marketing—ideally in an agency environment.
• You understand the logic and requirements of paid and organic content on platforms like Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and others.
• You have experience in developing cross-channel campaign strategies—from always-on to highlight campaigns.
• You think analytically, creatively, and conceptually—and can turn data into actionable insights.
• You communicate clearly and in a structured manner, and you can present your ideas persuasively.
• You work independently and collaboratively, and you can keep track of things even when managing multiple projects.
• Excellent German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2) round off your profile.
