Your responsibilities

• You will design creative campaigns for Mawave’s own digital channels: social media (statics, videos, UGC, and animations), newsletters, and the website.
• You will create creative concepts for Mawave’s events (from invitations to trade fair booth design) and PR activities.
• Using your experience, you will oversee visual language, image editing, and shoot coordination.
• In video editing, you will cut and color grade social media posts and award videos.
• Working as a team, you will conduct visual research and develop creative ideas for marketing campaigns.
• You will create compelling storytelling to showcase our client projects (speaking engagements, case studies, pitch presentations).
• You will be responsible for the ongoing development of the Mawave CI.
• When capacity allows: openness to supporting our project teams on client accounts.
• Long-term: pitch support > slide creation.
• You will also be responsible for creating Mawave merch for the crew, events, or the office.

Your profile

• You have at least 2–5 years of professional experience in social media content creation and design.
• You are bursting with ideas and have already proven your creativity across various channels (digital and print).
• You have excellent knowledge of Creative Cloud programs (Premiere Pro, Photoshop), ideally including After Effects and Illustrator.
• You have a good feel for current trends on Instagram, TikTok, and similar platforms.
• You have an independent and self-driven work style with a strong hands-on mentality.
• A plus: Experience with photoshoots.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2).
