Your responsibilities

• You will develop creative concepts and innovative content formats that generate real reach on social media.
• Working within the team, you will handle the conceptualization and—depending on the project—the platform-specific execution of exciting campaigns.
• With your eye for trends and out-of-the-box thinking, you bring fresh, viral creatives to the table.
• You will lead content development for pitches, winning over clients with strong ideas and a clear vision.
• In addition to creative copywriting, you can organize and oversee shoots on-site when needed.
• You present your concepts confidently, clearly, and with strong visuals—both internally and externally.

Your profile

• You bring creative energy and experience in social media content creation—whether from agency life or your own channels.
• TikTok is more than just entertainment to you; you understand the platform, spot trends early, and know how reach works.
• You are familiar with Instagram mechanics and have a good feel for formats that perform.
• You have the drive and confidence to develop strong series formats for brands that generate lasting attention.
• Bonus points: You have experience managing shoots and feel comfortable presenting your ideas persuasively.
• Fluency in German (C2) and English (C1) is required for working with our clients.
