Your Responsibilities

• You will design creative campaigns for social media channels (statics, videos, UGC, and animations) for some of the most exciting and fastest-growing brands on the market
• Drawing on your experience, you will oversee visual language, image editing, and on-set production support
• In video editing, you will cut and color-grade a wide range of UGC videos
• Working as part of a team, you will conduct visual research and develop creative concepts for client campaigns
• You will craft compelling storytelling through designs and pitch presentations
• You will implement client-focused designs for performance testing
• You will be fully responsible for iterating and evolving designs based on performance-driven results

Your profile

• You have at least 2–5 years of professional experience in content creation
• You possess outstanding skills in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects)
• You are proficient in motion design, including the implementation of animations and visual effects
• You have a keen eye for creative design and aesthetics
• You have an independent, self-driven work style with a strong hands-on mentality
• You are confident in client interactions and comfortable with presenting
• You are fluent in German and English at a C1 level or higher
• A plus: Experience with photo or video shoots
